Shipping
- Shipping is free worldwide on all orders at www.maisontak.fr
- All products require up to 8 weeks for production and then delivered within 1 week in France.
- Delivery times may be longer for overseas.
- A handwritten signature on your behalf will be required for delivery.
Return, exchange & refund
-After validation of the order, the buyer has a period of 14 days to withdraw and return the products ordered, excluding personalised items (see "return and refund exceptions"), which are not eligible for a return or exchange.
-Inform TAK JOAILLERIE as soon as possible via email, of your decision to return the product(s) to us, indicating the order number and the reason for the return.
-Please include all initial items in your return package, including invoice, packaging, accessories and the product. A designated secure carrier will come to your address to pick it up.
-Once your return package has been received, a return confirmation email will be sent to you after confirming the eligibility of the return or exchange.
-In the event of a refund, all shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
-In the event of an exchange, the buyer will only bear the cost of reshipping the new piece.
-The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment, and within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
-TAK JOAILLERIE reserves the right to refuse any return in the event of damage or other signs of use.
